Process
of order and pre-order
To ensure that all our beautiful clothes reach loving homes and to reduce waste, La Pétalle produces on a pre-order basis and with limited stock.
IN STOCK order
Choose your preferred garment model or accessories and place your order by providing your size or body measurements.
Use the size chart to select one of the suitable sizes.
Complete your order by filling in the necessary information. Choose a convenient payment method and delivery location.
Pre-order
Choose your preferred garment model or accessories and place your pre-order by providing your size or body measurements.
Before placing a pre-order, please read the article – How to Take Body Measurements. Then, provide the correct measurement details in the “Notes” box when placing your order. Alternatively, use the size chart to select one of the suitable sizes.

Payment Methods and Return Policy
A non-refundable prepayment of 50 € is required in case of cancellation. The remaining balance will be paid once the dress is ready for shipping.
Currently, payment is only accepted via credit card through the Paynet payment system.
The dress can be returned for a refund if it doesn’t fit properly (either too small or not the stated length) or if it has quality issues.
Processing Time
Your order is processed within 3-7 calendar days if the garment is in stock, or 7-14 days in the case of a pre-order, depending on the volume of work.
You will receive notification when your order has shipped via a secure, tracked shipping method.
Shipping
Chișinău and Suburbs: Courier delivery within the city and its suburbs is completed within 24 – 48 hours after the order is finalized, with a cost of 5 €.
Rest of Moldova: Delivery to other locations in Moldova is completed within 48 – 72 hours, with a shipping cost of 5 €.
Rest of the World: Delivery worldwide is available at a cost of 20 €. The shipping period depends on the country of destination, which usually takes 2-3 weeks.
