Delivery
We ensure that purchasing Soul Zen Life products is as convenient as possible for you; therefore, REQUEST and BENEFIT from our DELIVERY service.
Products will be delivered to the entrance of your building or your yard.
The delivery service is available from MONDAY to FRIDAY between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM and even on SATURDAY between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM.
Terms and Conditions of Delivery:

If the order you requested has arrived and the products meet the requirements but for personal reasons you do not procure them, you will need to cover the transportation costs.
How to Place an Online Order? Payment Options

Select the method by which the product will reach you: Delivery method or Pickup from store.

The order can be paid for online by bank card or in cash upon delivery.
To make a payment, you will need to enter your bank card details. The transfer of this information is done in accordance with all necessary security measures. The information is transmitted in encrypted form and is stored only on a specialized server of the payment system.
Operating Schedule:
Orders can be placed online at any time, but the processing period occurs daily between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays will be processed the next working day. The seller assumes the acceptance of the order from the buyer when there is a phone or email confirmation.
Once the online order is placed, the buyer agrees to the form of subsequent communication (by phone or electronically) as well as the operational procedures of the seller.
Return Policy
All products purchased at Soul Zen Life come with a certificate that enables the “right of return,” where all necessary conditions that the product must meet for replacement or return are indicated, as well as what to do if you discover a defect.
The exchange or return of the product is possible within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the moment of delivery or pickup (from stores), whether you are a natural or legal person. Individuals who have purchased the product in installments can only benefit from its replacement, without the possibility of a refund. To come into effect, the return act (form) must be completed no later than the 14th calendar day from the day of receiving the product.
To be returned, the product must be as you received it. If the products have been altered by unauthorized persons or show physical damage: scratches, mechanical impacts, electrical accidents, signs of wear, they cannot be returned or exchanged.
The product can only be exchanged/returned in its original packaging, with all the accessories that came with it, the issued warranty certificate, and other important documents. If you have purchased multiple products from the same category, the exchange or return is only accepted if only one product has been unsealed.
In cases where the delivered goods correspond to your order, are in satisfactory technical, qualitative, and aesthetic condition, and have the characteristics indicated on our website, you will be obliged to pay for the transportation of the order. The remaining amount paid previously regarding the current order will be refunded to you within 3 working days.
In the case of a RETURN, the company I.I. Mardari Iana will retain 0% of the purchase cost, thus the customer will receive 100% of the value of the paid product.
In the case of EXCHANGE, it is allowed to choose a similar or more expensive product, with payment of the price difference.
